Steve Lukather canta la Bucuresti

Joi, 23 iulie 2009  orele 21.00, publicul din Romania il va putea vedea in concert pe marele chitarist Steve Lukather.

Concertul face parte din turneul mondial de promovare a albumului Ever Changing Times si va avea loc in binecunoscutul club bucurestean Becker Brau Live Music, situat in str. Turturelelor 11, sector 3, Bucuresti.

Un muzician de exceptie, chitarist, solist vocal, compozitor si producator muzical, Steve Lukather a fost membru al cunoscutei formatii TOTO si a colaborat de-a lungul carierei sale cu muzicieni de valoare precum Jeff Beck, Carlos Santana, Michael Landau, Eddie Van Halen, Steve Stevens, Jeff Porcaro, Richard Marx, Joe Cocker, Edgar Winter, Derek Sherinian, Simon Phillips, Zack Wylde. Steve Luckather face parte din elita celor mai buni muzicieni rock ai tuturor timpurilor si a castigat numeroase premii Grammy, dintre care enumeram:

  • 1982, Best R&B song: Steve Lukather, Jay Graydon, Bill Champlin (for George Benson) – Turn your love around.
  • 1982, Producer of the year: Toto – Toto IV.
  • 1982, Album of the year: Toto – Toto IV.
  • 1982, Record of the year: Toto – Rosanna.
  • 2001, Best pop instrumental album: Larry Carlton & Steve Lukather – No substitutions, live in Osaka.

Steve va fi acompaniat la Bucuresti  de chitaristul Ricky E. Zahariades, claparul Steve Weingart (ex El Grupo, Dave Weckl), basistul Carlitos Del Puerto (ex Stevie Wonder, Don Grusin) si bateristul Eric Valentine (ex T-Ride, Joe Satriani).
Becker Brau va asteapta la o bere proaspata si o portie de rock !
